Sam Breitmeyer
My ideal client is someone who isn't afraid to get curious with their struggle. It is someone who is dedicated to the healing process and is willing to show up, be present, and let me into their world—however messy it may feel. My client craves a deeper connection between mind, body and breath, and is interested in exploring various somatic modalities including gentle movement and meditation. Therapy doesn’t have to be all serious, all the time; it’s about leaning into whatever feels right in the moment, completely free of pressure or expectation.
This process is dynamic, and I’m walking alongside you—because I’m doing “the work” too. Trust me, therapists don’t have it all figured out either! We’re in this together. Embracing the hard, imperfect, beautiful work of becoming more conscious and intentional with our humanness.
For me, connection is everything! Holding space for others, showing up authentically, and creating an environment where vulnerability can thrive is how I give back—and it’s also how I feel most human. I meet my clients exactly where they are, but I’m not afraid to nudge them outside their comfort zone to help them step closer toward their most integrated selves.
Together, we’ll strip away the facade of who you think you “should” be, making space for who you truly are. You are worthy of love, happiness, freedom, and respect—exactly as you are. Through this process, we’ll reflect, challenge patterns, and build a clearer path forward. We’ll embrace the mess, find the joy in progress, and move forward—together. I am excited to hold space for you.

Waking up slowly, PJ's all day, flirting with my husband as we prep breakfast with our girls running around in the background - but, let's be real, more likely attached to me in some capacity. Add in a plunge in Lake Superior, a good hike and warm beverage... Yeah, that's my happy.

Oh, I don't know - probably guiding some sort of integrative movement/mindfulness retreat and then likely nauseating everyone else around me with discussions about feelings and systems work. You can't take the therapist out of the person.
