Why choose Reset Brain and Body?

Mental health needs a revolution—one where we address your whole body, mind, and spirit. You're not compartmentalized, and neither should your healing be.

Evidence-Based Holistic and Integrative Therapy

When you work with us, your racing thoughts and tight muscles aren't treated as separate problems. Our mind-body approach helps you physically release challenges, not just understand them. Through our integrative mental health approaches, you'll discover how emotional release and physical relaxation work together—often finding that tension dissolves as emotional barriers lift.

Personal, Private, and Local Care

From your first session, we create a personalized path forward—one that helps you find calm amidst chaos and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Our foundations of being personal, private, and local mean that each session, you’ll be in the company of real humans who live and work in the same communities as you. With locations in Ann Arbor, Plymouth, Northville, and Farmington, you always have the option of connecting with your therapist through in-person, face-to-face care.

Our Mission

We’re here to redefine mental health care. As leaders in innovative and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we go beyond traditional talk therapy to provide holistic, mind-body care. Join our community to be part of the mental health revolution!

Our Story

Reset was founded by Kerry Biskelonis, LPC, RYT in 2015. After discovering the transformative power of mindfulness and therapeutic support on her own mental health and wellness as a busy new mom, she decided that these tools needed to be shared. What began as one therapist's vision has grown into a team of specialized clinicians passionate about the mind-body connection.

Milestones Throughout Reset’s History

  • 2020: Moved to our Plymouth office

  • 2022: Opened our Northville office

  • 2023: Opened our Ann Arbor office

  • 2025: Opened our Farmington office

Where We Are Now

As a busy mental health practice with four locations, we’re excited to have a diverse team that consists of leaders in holistic and integrative care. We're constantly learning what's new in the field because we believe you deserve access to the most effective approaches available. Most importantly, we're walking the talk—integrating mindfulness and wellness practices in our own lives with the same level of dedication we bring to your sessions.
