I approach my work with clients as a human first, rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and radical honesty. I don’t shy away from the hard truths, recognizing that life can get messy, and making it through the toughest times often comes at a cost. With an emphasis on restoring personal sovereignty, I offer clients the opportunity to reclaim their power and reconnect to parts of themselves they’ve lost along the way. My intention is to support meaningful shifts that help clients feel more grounded, alive, and connected to a deeper sense of purpose.
I view the therapeutic space as a sacred container, where acceptance and nonjudgment are intentionally held and protected. With a style that is highly relational, dynamic, and engaging, I take the time to meet clients where they are, and attune to their unique needs, and preferences. I strive to offer visibility to the “wholeness” of each individual, honoring the complex dynamics that shape who we are, and how we experience safety, connection, and meaning in our lives.
I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, with particular interest in ADHD and executive functioning challenges, relationship concerns, women’s health and empowerment, and the use of psychedelic medicine and altered states of consciousness to support deep healing and personal growth.
